All fields of the socialist market system have been perfected during the gold ten years of stability development perfecting market systems. At the same, several experiences have been gained: keeping going reform of market system; exploring how to connect with the social institution and market system; existing dissymmetric combination with economic reform of "rational advance" and political reform of "rational delay"; keeping on the policy of Open and the leading from the Communist Party of China. However, the following hinders will constrict the socialist market systems: the low level of marketing, undeveloped non-public sectors; unchanged government function, the dependence of export-oriented and extensive economy. Therefore, we should clearly understand the reform of power and obstruction, master the Chinese situation of first phrase of socialist, dealing with the relationships between the government and market, coordinate with the ownership enterprises and non-public sectors, perfect how to reform the finance, taxation and social security. Only in theses ways, could we obtain a new phrase of perfected social market. <<
