Performance is an iconic indicator in measuring efficiency of human resource allocation. The article examines the overall development trend of talent performance in Capital region, and researches differentiation characteristics according to education levels, macro-industrial and emerging industry standards. The conclusions show that the performance level of the talent resources is improving year by year, it illustrates that structure of the talent resources allocation is continuous optimization. From academic level, it is a positive correlation between performance level and qualifications, and differentiated characteristics of macro-industry talent performance is apparent, and the secondary industry is higher than the tertiary industry in the income-type performance, and the tertiary industry is higher than secondary industry in profits performance. In emerging industries, talent performance of financial, cultural creative and logistics exhibition is significant. Therefore, it provides direct evidences to select the important industries in the Capital region in the future.
