In recent years, social work talent team construction in Beijing has made much progress but still faces many challenges. This paper analyzes the main factors that have impeded the development of this talent team construction and points out that the capital of social work talent and qualified personnel acceleration along the direction of the "six" will show the general trend of development. In order to facilitate an orderly, step-by-step, and steady progress of social work talent team construction, this paper proposes perfecting educational training systems, improving social worker evaluation systems, speeding up job creations and regulations, improving incentive mechanisms, strengthening social service organizations, and developing volunteer talents etc. <<
