    经济危机下的黑龙江食品产业发展报告

    摘要

    食品产业是一个永恒的产业,同时又是人类的生命产业,是我国重要产业之一。黑龙江省是我国重要的商品粮基地,食品产业是黑龙江省的传统优势产业,是黑龙江省四大主导产业之一,近年来获得长足发展,已形成独特的主导产业结构和特色优势,特别是在经济危机背景下,仍然显示出稳健的发展态势。本报告基于产业发展环境,对黑龙江省食品产业发展情况进行深入分析,重点从上游农产品供应能力、生产周期、抗风险能力、固定资产投资、生产情况、销售情况、价格走势等方面分析了产业整体运行情况,从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力、成长能力分析了产业经济效益情况,并从产业集中度的角度分析了不同规模企业发展情况。此外,报告还分析了黑龙江省绿色食品产业发展情况,最后提出黑龙江省发展食品产业的几点建议。 <<

    Abstract

    Food industry is an eternal and life industry for human beings as well as a significant industry in our country. Heilongjiang Province is an important commercial grain base in China. Heilongjiang's food industry, a traditional advantageous industry and one of the four pillar industries, has developed rapidly in recent years and has formed its peculiar industrial structure and advantages. In particular during the economic crisis, this industry has accessed a steady development. This report, based on the environment of the industry development, analyzes thoroughly the development of the province food industry. The overall operation of the industry is analyzed by upstream supply of farm produce, production cycle, risk resistance capabilities, fixed asset investment, production, sales and price trend. Economic benefits of this industry are analyzed by profitability, liquidity, operation capacity and growth potential. Development of enterprises of various scales is analyzed in terms of industrial concentration. At the end of the paper, suggestions of developing food industry in Heilongjiang Province are proposed. <<
