In 2012, China's labor market maintains a stable situation throughout the year.For the first three quarters, a total of 10.24 million urban jobs were created.Due to the impact of macro economic situation, employment market demonstrates some new features, where the amount of reentry of labor market for the urban unemployed and those urban residents having difficulty finding jobs are lower than the number of the same period in previous year.Finding jobs becomes more difficult where the rate of increase regarding job supply slows down in the labor market.The four strategies of Decent Work are consisted of job creation, the access to full and productive employment with rights at work, social protection and the promotion of social dialogue.In order to implement the project of Decent Work, the top agenda should be set to the promotion of harmonious development and employment priority.Therefore, employment should always be given the highest priority regarding a country's development strategy, which means that the general public will have more access to the labor market.And only through this venue, the increase of income and domestic consumption, and the transformation from material resource centered development towards human resource centered development can be realized.The strategy of employment priority will have significant influence on the social and economic development in the future.Under this background, the implementation of Decent Work should start from increasing workers' income. <<
