This paper analyzed the industrial development,safety supervision and existing problems of China's medical device during "the 11 th five-year plan" period in terms of the industrial situation,supervision status and safety situation of medical devices,and put forward the tendency of supervision and administration on medical devices in future by referring to the history of supervision and administration on medical devices and the reformation in process of other countries,combining the guidelines and goals of China's administrative setup reformation in process. <<
