The questionnaire surveyed residents of eight cities,namely Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Wuhan,Shenyang,Chengdu,Zhengzhou,Lanzhou,carrying five aspects containing the general cognition of China's food safety,the concrete cognition of food safety,the safety estimation of Food Enterprise's products,the objective appraisal of food safety information,the basic evaluation of food safety administration and people's specific suggestions to China's food safety administration.Statistically analysised the data of public subjective appraisal to current China's food safety conditions as gained in the questionnaire in five dimensions,which were the differences of cities,education background,age,occupation,and household income,this report will provide some reference to improving the public policies of food safety administration,promoting industry self-regulation and public health protection. <<
