Based on the analysis in the food safety regulation system,the food safety incidents,FDA Food Safety Modernization Act in United Sates,and the comparison on the evolutions and the defects of the regulations system in China,this paper proposes the suggestions on improving the regulations system in China and the concerns for the food corporations exporting to United States.
