This paper argues the basic concepts,procedures and approaches of precautionary principle,studies the application of precautionary principle in public health field,and analyzes the application of precautionary principle in food safety supervisions in some countries and international organizations,such as WTO,USA and EU.Suggestions on the application of precautionary principle in food safety supervisions in China are provided in this paper. <<
