电子及通讯设备制造业是IT产业的核心基础产业，广东是全国电子及通讯设备产品制造和出口的龙头省份，已经具备一定的全球影响力。本报告主要从生产供求状况、成本价格、技术水平、关税效应和数量指标等几个方面对广东省电子及通讯设备制造业国际竞争力进行静态与动态相结合、定性与定量相结合的综合分析，同时结合广东省实际指出电子及通讯设备制造业发展目前存在的主要问题，并提出解决这些问题以不断提升广东电子及通讯设备制造业国际竞争力的基本政策思路。

Electronic and communication equipment manufacturing is the core and base of IT industry，Guangdong is the leading province and the largest export of electronic and communications equipment manufacturing industry in our country，already has some degree of global influence. This report will study on the internationally competitiveness of electronic and communications equipment manufacturing industry of Guangdong province with the combination of static and dynamic，qualitative and quantitative integrated analysis，mainly from several aspects such as production supply and demand，cost，technology，tariffs effects and so on. The report also tries to show the main problems and to propose solutions to these problems of promoting international competitiveness of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong
