The West Asian and African regions have atrracted the global investors with their abundant resources，improving infrastructure facilities and more preferential policies. The intra-countries’investments in Africa have been strenthened，and among them，the countries in Northern，Southern and Western Africa are especially active. The acuumulation of the Oil Dollar together with the expansion of the financial institutions have made the Service Industry one of the most important areas in the intra-africa investments. Chinese enterprises’investments in the West Asian and African countries keep booming，too. Among them，the investments in Africa developed more stable. Due to the complicated and unstable situations，the flow of investments increased quickly but the stocks slowly. In the circumstances of Financial Crisis，Chinese enterprises are confronted with more opportunities. They should make the maximized use of the opportunities and deal with the risks cautiously，to operate better in these two important areas.
