The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in urban management officers were Guangdong etc. in 2011,Guangdong, Henan etc. from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of urban management officers,the key is to reduce image gap(29.47% in 2011),enhance image explanation(60.00% currently),rectify image deviation(45.00% currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis(38.16% in 2011)of urban management officers. <<
