There are twenty-one risks for image crisis of overall image of officials. The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in officials were Henan,Jiangsu,Jiangxi,Qinghai,Shandong,Shaanxi in 2011,Guizhou from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of officials,the key is to reduce image gap(26.96% in 2011),enhance image explanation(53.33% currently),rectify image deviation(30.00% currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis(34.54% in 2011)of officials. <<
