There are nineteen risks of image crisis of supervision over food safety. The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in supervision over food safety were Jiangsu etc. in 2011,Jiangsu,Hebei etc.from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of supervision over food safety,the key is to reduce image gap(10.00% in 2011),enhance image explanation(50.00% currently),rectify image deviation(60.00% currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis(40.00% in 2011)of supervision over food safety. <<
