There are fourteen risks for image crisis of personnel management in social management.The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in personnel management in social management were Guangdong in 2011,Henan,Shandong and Guangdong from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of personnel management in social management,the key is to reduce image gap(10.00% in 2011),enhance image explanation(69.23% currently),rectify image deviation(30.00%currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis(23.59% in 2011)of personnel management in social management. <<
