There are seventeen risks for image crisis of banks.The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in banks were Shandong etc.in 2011,Beijing etc.from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of banks,the key is to reduce image gap(17.83% in 2011),enhance image explanation(70.83% currently),rectify image deviation(33.33% currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis(26.78% in 2011)of banks. <<
