There are twenty-eight risks for image crisis of civil aviation.The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in civil aviation were Beijing etc.in 2011,Guangdong etc.from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of civil aviation,the key is to reduce image gap(10.00% in 2011),enhance image explanation(53.85% currently)and rectify image deviation(40.00% currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis of civil aviation(32.05% in 2011). <<
