There are twenty-one risks for image crisis of civil administration. The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in civil administration were Fujian etc.in 2011,Jiangsu etc.from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of civil administration,the key is to reduce image gap(25.31% in 2011),enhance image explanation(66.67% currently),rectify image deviation(37.50% currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis(32.05% in 2011)of civil administration. <<
