There are forty-three risks for image crisis of transportation system(including railway).The provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)encountering severe image crisis in transportation system(including railway)were Guangdong,Henan and Shaanxi in 2011,Shanxi etc.from January to April in 2012.As regards image crisis response of transportation system(including railway),the key is to reduce image gap(18.91% in 2011),enhance image explanation(72.41% currently),rectify image deviation(26.00% currently),so as to comprehensively lower the risk of image crisis(24.17%in 2011)of transportation system. <<
