This paper firstly analyzed the current world energy development situation in oil, natural gas, coal, nuclear, hydropower, renewable energy and other items in perspectives of consumption, production, trade, investment, mergers and acquisitions; Then it deeply and detailed detached the factors that influence the world energy development, such as economy, security, environment, technology and policy; Eventually, the paper tried to forecast the international energy situation and development trend, which hopefully can be borrowed to energy development strategy formulation in China. <<
