Internet public opinion has been exerting greater influence upon public emergencies in our country.The accumulation of negative public opinion often brings about instability to social development.The monitoring and the early-warning of internet opinion security have become issues of great concern to the government and the society.By studying the extracted data of 788 negative public opinion events from 2010 to 2011,based on the framework of internet public opinion early-warning framework,this paper designed a evaluation and quantitative indexing system for the assessment and the early-warning of internet public opinion;at the same time,it also combined the methods of subjective and objective weighting to calculate index weight.The index system was examined in terms of index plausibility and tested with 788 negative opinion cases;it also accomplished real-time assessment sand early-warnings of public opinion via the embedded capture platform of real-time data. <<
