Public opinion related to judicial and law enforcement departments have been drawing extensive national and public's concern because of its particularity.In order to build a socialist country under the rule of law in China,judicial and law enforcement department,whose conducts have direct impact on the social stability solidarity,should work with high-efficiency and stability.The stability of public security system is a guarantee for the smooth progress in the country's transitional period.Based on the public-opinion heat and influence,the Public Opinion Research Laboratory of Shanghai Jiaotong University takes 230 cases related to judicial and law enforcement departments from 2010 to 2012 as samples,compares the data of public opinion events in the last three years and analyzing the typical cases,studies the public opinion events mainly related to judicial and law enforcement departments in 2012 and the reasons,puts forward solutions and suggestions.This report analyzes three typical cases by applying social internet management theory as well,with an aim to provide reference for enhancing the effect of scientist law-enforcement by judicial and law-enforcement departments and scientific decision-making by relevant governmental departments. <<
