Among the hot-spotted events of public opinions related to the judicial and law enforcement departments in 2011,the public security organizations,as the subject of public opinions,scored relatively high attention.The public opinion events of judicial trials and management defects ostensibly increased,while rough law enforcement decreased.The places where these events occurred were mainly located in middle and coastal provinces.The events exposed by network media surpassed those by traditional media,since microblogs became the important sources for public opinion.The reasons for such public opinion lie in the judicial and law enforcement departments' lack of early-warning consciousness for public opinion,or behavior anomie,improper law enforcement and abuse of power.Regarding reply for public opinion,information response became a very obvious problem.Based on these problems,this report makes several pieces of suggestion,for instance,strengthening quality of police legal teams,promoting the level of information-release,establishing long-term effective mechanism of public opinion,so as to offer relevant departments for references when they are to face the similar public opinion events in the time to come. <<
