    2011年医疗业舆情报告

    摘要

    2011年,医疗卫生事业负面舆情风潮迭起,医疗纠纷、医疗事故、医疗改革、医患关系等问题无不触动着人们的神经。“医闹”现象愈演愈烈,医疗行业频频被推至舆论的风口浪尖。互联网的普及使得与医疗业有关的社会矛盾变得更为复杂和急剧,对舆情应对提出更为严峻的挑战。2011年的诸多医疗业舆情事件反映出,完善独立的第三方调查机制已势在必行。同时,医疗业相关部门要警惕媒体的“弱势思维”,掌握有效的媒体应对策略。医疗卫生舆情事件的应对与各个医疗卫生部门、医务人员、患者、社会包括新闻媒体、公众都息息相关。建立和谐的医患关系,需要所有人的共同努力。 <<

    Abstract

    In 2011,negative public opinion of the medical care and health services has aroused continuously.Medical negligence,medical disputes,health care reform,and physician-patient relationship and other issues have all stroked people's nerves.The growing medical disputes have made the medical industry the most important one in public opinion.With the popularity of the Internet,the social contradictions resulting from the health care industry have become more and more complicated,posing severe challenge to public opinion response.Many hot events of medical industry in 2011 have reflected that the independent third-party investigation mechanism should be improved.At the same time,the relevant departments of the medical profession must be alert to the "inferior thinking" of the media,and master effective media strategies.The response to public opinion has been closely bound up with the health departments,medical staff,patients and community,including the news media and the public.To create a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,it requires the joint efforts of all. <<
