In 2011,there were large numbers of public environmental pollution events,such as the PX project,the Penglai oil spill accident and series of blood led events.In the influential environmental pollution events in 2011,most of them took place in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Henan and Guangdong province.Almost half of the events were first exposed by network news,and the main exposure means were civil and medium supervision.Thirdly,the group events caused by the environmental public accidents were to the top in 2011.Regards of the companies' reaction,most of them didn't handle it positively,and some of them even against the government.On the other hand,the governments' performance is also not perfect.Some local governments didn't supervise strictly in routine time,so that they were always in passive condition.When local companies suffered environmental crisis,some local governments even took actions to protect them. <<
