2008年，越南经济是内外交困，幸运的是年终的各项经济指标依然处在安全线内，并且不乏亮点，这为2009年经济继续保持相对平稳增长奠定了基础。然而，2008年越南经济给人们留下印象最为深刻的莫过于上半年的“金融危机”。
<<In 2008，Vietnam’s economy has experienced both internal an external dificulties. Fortunately the economic indicators of the year are still in the security line and with some bright features，which could help the economy in 2009 to maintain relatively stable growth. However，the most impressive feature of Vietnam’s economy in 2008 is the “financial crisis” appeared in the first half of the year. This paper will discuss about that.
