In the context of global economic recovery，there had been excellent achievements in economic，trade and cultural exchanges between China and the RK in the year 2010 which marked the 18th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relationship.However，due to the impact of the US’s contraction of its global strategy and shifting of major concerns to the Asian-Pacific region，some unharmonious notes were heard in the political security of China and the RK，which caused anxieties of“cold in politics，warm in economy.”
