The year 2010 saw the gradual recovery of world economy. Despite all unfavorable factors such as the EU’s Debt Crisis，the RK had still gained a sound momentum of steady recovery in economy. With the joint efforts of the government and enterprises，a general situation of decent growth of both inward and outward FDI flows had been achieved. While foreign investment absorbed had been on the decrease by Sep.2010，the structure of foreign capital had been more optimized. In comparison，investment from the RK had been well-promoted and showed new moves of development，with steady increase in volume of investment，and the exploration and investment on overseas resources in particular.
