    就业保护法律对就业质量的影响

    摘要

    就业保护法律对就业质量具有不可忽视的影响。随着《劳动合同法》的颁布实施,我国就业保护法律体系逐步建立,劳动者的基本权益得到了有效保障,但同时也暴露出一些亟待解决的深层次问题。本研究通过问卷调查,发现《劳动合同法》对就业产生影响,表现在雇佣决策受到明显影响、雇佣与解雇数量略有抑制、用工方式更为灵活、劳动关系有所改善、培训工作更受重视。根据分析结果,本文认为,需要对就业保护法律进行调整,加大对重点人群的就业扶持力度,保障灵活性就业群体的基本权益。 <<

    Abstract

    Employment protection refers to the limiting and constraining regulations on the use of labor force by employers. Employment protection has major influence on employment quality. As the Labor Contract Law is enacted, the legal system of employment protection in China has been established gradually, thus effectively securing the basic rights and interests of workers and employees while revealing some inherent problems that need to be addressed. The thesis, by making questionnaire survey, finds that the Labor Contract Law has influence on employment, which is represented by the fact that employment decision is evidently influenced, the slight cuts are seen in employment and laid-off volume, means of employment become more flexible, labor relations are improved, and more emphasis is given to training. According to the analytical results, the thesis believes it is necessary to revise the employment protection laws, give stronger support to the employment of key groups, and safeguard the rights and interests of flexibly-employed groups. <<
