Labor relations in China are now moving towards harmony and stability. Nevertheless, to reach the goal of "facilitating and realizing higher-quality employment" set forth in the Report at the 18th CPC Congress, it is necessary to enhance the harmonious labor relations and provide a safe and stable employment environment for the employed people. The thesis, based on the current situation of labor relations in China and starting with realities in the country, discusses about the existing problems in labor relations in China and proposes policies from the perspectives of employment environment, labor standard system, labor relations coordination mechanism, labor security supervision, dispute mediation and arbitration.
