The thesis adopts combination of professional evaluation and questionnaire survey, and analyzes and studies the employment preparations of university graduates nowadays. By using the professional evaluating tools, the thesis evaluates the level of their employment preparations and analyzes major problems and counter measures for their employment preparations based on the survey data involving university graduates, universities and enterprises. Studies show that state of their employment preparations will constrain their employment competitiveness. "Different policies for different graduates" is the basic principle for the employment guidance in universities. The evaluation of employment preparations can help understand how much difference there is among graduates. And the employment guidance should focus on training and tutoring the students' vocational quality. It recommends that universities should enrich the contents in the university-enterprise collaboration and improve the professional level of employment guidance.
