Young teachers of universities have many career expectations,such as higher wage and material treatments,strong feeling of career achievement,more development chances,better environment of teaching and research,healthy and harmony working atmosphere. The state of being lost,frustration,stress,career burnout and poor well-being appear in some teachers of universities to some degree due to the gap between their expectation and reality. School management should pay more attention to the needs of teachers and create conditions to meet their reasonable needs as possible as they can.
