Beijing's medical insurance system is set up in accordance with the different domicile,occupation,geography and other standards,with fragmentation,fairness,and convert between different systems,convergence difficulties and other characteristics,not conducive to Beijing's economic and social development and social equity objectives implementation. Beijing should actively learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad,for the main principles of social equity,career and residents for the classification standards,integration of decentralized health insurance system,to establish a basic medical insurance system for workers and residents basic medical insurance system-based,supplemented by commercial health insurance uniform medical insurance system,and between these two medical insurance systems to establish an effective conversion mechanism to achieve the system effective integration and convergence. <<
