This article analyzes how the housing conditions influence the university teacher's social mentality. The data used was collected by the project of the University Teacher Investigation in Beijing. There are several finding here.(1)The housing of the university is on the average level of Beijing.(2)The living cost is different for the people who get the house in a different way.(3)The housing is the teachers' most worry.(4)The housing condition influences the teachers' satisfaction in their work.In a word,a lot of university teachers have heavy burden of housing,which influences their devotion to their work,and also influences their work and life satisfaction. <<
