Based on the background of the relations between industry structure upgrading and service outsourcing development in Guangdong Province, this study analyzes the factors that influence the development of service outsourcing industry and states the adjusting direction of service outsourcing model basing on the "spiral coupling". At last, this paper puts forward some measures to promote service outsourcing industry in Guangdong Province. <<
