Ezhou was approved as the first testing city in integration of urban and rural areas, in the past two years, it stuck to the developmental pattern which had its own unique features, under the powerful leadership of overall plan, all aspects of their work achieved a lot. Summing up experiences, and complying the strategic situation in integration of urban and rural areas development of the state and the province, this article put forward the development strategy according to the "three level" work objectives. <<
