With the urbanization advancement speeds up unceasingly,environmental awareness among people has increased over years. There is a growing awareness of the importance and function of LiangZi Lake to the ecological environment in the region, for its good water quality and ecological environment. On April 30, 2010, China and France signed a bipartite agreement, in which WuHan city circle is chosen as a demonstration area in the cooperation on the sustainable development and environmental fields. Meanwhile, the ecological protection and exploitation of Da LiangZi Lake is selected as the kick-off programme, to spare no efforts to build the area into a typical lake protection area world widely and a demonstration area of the construction of "two types" society in Wuhan. Based on the concept of low-carbon ecology, giving priority to the protection of environment and attaching the importance to the rational sustainable utilization, this paper discusses the development strategy and framework of the construction of Da LiangZi Lake ecological tourism resort. <<
