<<As Chinese netizens growing rapidly,the Internet is changing people’s lifestyles as well as subverting people’s modes of communication and exchange.Since the creation of the world’s twitter site in 2006,micro-blog as a new Internet platform has developed rapidly.Micro-blog has become a very important keyword of the 2010’s Chinese Society.With the start of sina micro-blog in 2009,many websites have launched micro-blog. The micro-blog,with strong self-media properties,changes people’s media habits and the mode of information dissemination,and becomes the most immediate and the most active information dissemination platform in social media.Micro-blog attracts the active participation of the Chinese mainstream groups,becomes the space of Chinese public self-venting and self-expressing.At present,as the use of new media is a more agile and wider,micro-blog is not only bringing new discourse space to Chinese public,but also changing the delivery method of the information,media,and even of the government public service information.How to deal with the micro-blog and the next newest Internet applications has become a new test to the decision,communication and handling ability of the relevant government agencies.Through the detailed research data,this article analyses in-depth the characteristics of Chinese micro-bloggers’ usage behavior,and provides suggestions on how to use micro-blog for the government and the relevant agencies.
