新时代经济、科技和社会的快速发展对社区科普提出了新的要求,本文从战略管理的视角,基于需求树和KANO模型的理论,在深入调研的基础上,以需求管理为研究对象,对新时代社区科普需求进行识别与挖掘。本报告在赋予新时代社区科普需求新的内涵基础上,重点分析社区科普的现实需求与潜在需求、功能性需求和非功能性需求,用需求树重构社区科普需求层次和结构,用KANO模型对不同形态社区科普的核心需求进行识别,总结出不同形态社区科普要解决的重点问题和关键任务,以此提出新时代社区科普的战略目标,构建新时代社区科普需求管理的总体思路和框架。
<<The rapid development of economy,politics,science and technology and society in the new era puts forward new requirements for community science popularization. From the perspective of strategic management,on the basis of a thorough investigation and study,taking demand management as the research object,this paper identifies and mins the needs of community science popularization in the new era based on the theory of demand tree and KANO model. On the basis of giving new connotation to the demand of community science popularization in the new era,this paper focuses on the analysis of the actual and potential demand,functional demand and non-functional demand of community science popularization,reconstructs the hierarchy and structure of community science popularization demand with demand tree,identifies the core demand of different forms of community science popularization with Kano model,and summarizes the key problems and key tasks to be solved in different forms of community science popularization,This paper puts forward the strategic goal of community science popularization in the new era,and constructs the overall idea and framework of community science popularization demand management in the new era.
