人才队伍建设是党校(行政学院)事业发展的关键,人才队伍建设的重点是教师队伍建设。目前,党校教师职称评审制度中仍存在一些问题,改革创新完善党校教师职称评审制度,使其科学、规范、合理化势在必行、迫在眉睫。本文通过围绕党校教师职称评审,对现有的党校教师职称评审制度进行研究,分析其相互关系及影响,结合党校教师特点和工作实际,为做好党校教师职称评审制度改革提供理论支持的同时,对党校教师职称评审工作的具体开展提出合理化建议,对职称制度改革提供有益借鉴。
<<The construction of the talent team is the key to the development of the cause of the Party School(Administrative College),and the focus of the talent team construction is the construction of the teacher team. At present,there are still some problems in the Party school teachers’ professional title evaluation system. It is imperative to reform,innovate and improve the Party school teachers’ professional title evaluation system to make it scientific,standardized and reasonable. This paper focuses on the evaluation of teachers’ professional titles in the Party School,studies the existing evaluation system of teachers’ professional titles in the Party School,analyzes their mutual relationship and influence,combines the characteristics and work practice of teachers in the Party School,provides theoretical support for the reform of the evaluation system of teachers’ professional titles in the Party School,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the specific development of the evaluation work of teachers’ professional titles in the Party School,providing useful reference for the reform of the professional title system.
