Education is essential to the country and the Party，while teachers are the foundation and source of education. Centered on “strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics，and improving education and teaching performance”，Huainan has continuously promoted “six major projects” for construction of teaching staff，and strengthened the training of excellent educators. At present，Huainan is faced with prominent problems such as shortage of teachers，aging of teachers，and loss of excellent talents. In order to meet the requirements for construction of teacher team in the new era，it is necessary to further promote the reform of personnel system in primary and secondary schools.
