随着近年来经济社会的快速发展,郑州产业结构调整步伐日益加快,文旅文创产业发展也从注重规模进入注重发展质量的新阶段。河南省第十一次党代会提出,要实施“文旅文创融合战略”,郑州市第十二次党代会也强调,要“推动文化繁荣,加强历史文化传承”,这为郑州文旅文创产业高质量发展奠定了坚实的政策基础。作为中国八大古都之一,郑州文化旅游资源丰富,文旅文创产业发展初具规模,但与国内文旅文创产业强市相比,还存在转型动能不足、文旅品牌缺乏、营销力度不大、产品创意含量不足等问题。要打造具有国际影响力的文化都市,郑州就需要采取多种措施,将自身的文旅资源优势转化为文旅文创产业优势,提升城市文旅文创产业发展能级,进而实现郑州文旅文创产业高质量发展。
<<With the rapid development of economy and society in recent years,the pace of industrial restructuring in Zhengzhou is accelerating day by day. The development of cultural tourism and cultural creative industry has also entered a new stage from focusing on scale to focusing on development quality. The Eleventh Party Congress of Henan Province proposed to implement the “integration strategy for cultural tourism and cultural creative industries”,and the Twelfth Party Congress of Zhengzhou City also emphasized the need to “promote cultural prosperity and strengthen historical and cultural heritage”,which laid a solid policy foundation for the high quality development of Zhengzhou’s cultural tourism and cultural creation industries. As one of the eight ancient capitals of China,Zhengzhou is rich in cultural tourism resources,and the development of cultural tourism and creative industry is taking shape. However,compared with the domestic strong cities in cultural creative industry,there are still problems such as lack of motivation to transform,lack of cultural and creative brands,weak market,and insufficient creative content of products. In order to build a cultural city with international influence,Zhengzhou needs to take various measures to transform its advantages of cultural and tourism resources into advantages of cultural and tourism creative industry,to enhance the development level of the city’s cultural and tourism creative industries,and to realize the high-quality development of Zhengzhou’s cultural and tourism creative industries.
