2022年,河南省新闻业发展全方位增速,全媒体化、平台化发展的趋势愈发明显。以报纸、广播、电视为代表的传统媒体规模逐渐收缩,新闻媒体积极试水人工智能产品;传统媒体根植于优质内容创作,守正创新,致力于讲好河南故事;新媒体平台账号布局不断优化,党报全媒体转型成效明显。2022年,河南广电聚焦中国节日“奇妙游”系列节目擦亮传统文化IP,传媒产业发展迈上新台阶,媒体融合传播效果显著。同时,新媒体智库建设、主流舆论格局塑造、全媒体人才队伍建设等方面出现一些掣肘因素,亟待解决。为更好地壮大、做强新闻宣传工作,河南省应着力推出一批精品化智库研究成果,加快助推建成新媒体智库品牌;应积极引导社会舆论,强力推动省级媒体构建主流舆论新格局;应深化媒体人事机制体制改革,进一步释放活力,强化从业人员能力水平建设。
<<2022 witnesses the rapid development of journalism in Henan Province on all fronts,with a growing trend of omni-media and platform development. Traditional media,represented by newspapers,radios and televisions,are gradually shrinking in size,while the news media are actively trying artificial intelligence products. Traditional media are rooted in quality of content creation. They are committed to make our communications more effective by upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground. New media platform is constant1y optimized in accounts,and the Party newspapers’ transition to omni-media has achieved great success. With the dazzling “Chinese Festival” series shown on the Henan Satellite TV in 2022,the media industry has taken a new stage,with remarkable effects being made in popularization through mainstream media convergence. At the same time,many tricky problems are waiting to solve,such as the new media think tank construction,the cultivation of omni-media personnel and other aspects. In view of the above-mentioned problems,we should work hard to launch high quality research results on think tanks,and promptly build new media think tank brands for a more comprehensive and better journalism work. We should deepen the reform of media personnel system and mechanism,further release the vitality,and strengthen the capacity building of practitioners.
