Promoting the in-depth integration of representative programs of intangible cultural heritage with rural tourism is not only an important dimension of the integration strategy for cultural tourism and cultural creation，but also a necessity for intangible cultural heritage to help revitalize the countryside. Henan boasts various，rich and characteristic intangible cultural heritage resources，and houses many famous historical towns，villages and time-honored villages that carry historical memories and show cultural changes. Under the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of beautiful villages，Henan has taken solid steps towards the integration of intangible cultural heritage and rural tourism. However，due to the lacks of targeted integration planning，creative ways for integration，talent training and financial support，the integration of the two types of resources has encountered development bottlenecks. Based on this，we，on the one hand，implement the national development strategy，do a good job of top-level design，deepen institutional reform，improve the talent teams，build a capital investment system and build publicity platforms，and on the other，effectively promote the in-depth integration of intangible cultural heritage and rural tourism by fully using cultural creation in a peculiar way to integrate region，humanity and experience.
