Taking the integration strategy for cultural tourism and cultural creation as one of the “Ten strategies”，Henan has built the brand of “Traveling Henan to Read China” in an all-round way. It has accelerated the construction of the Chinese culture inheritance and innovation center and the world cultural tourism resort，both of which have become a groundbreaking and key move to promote the high-quality integrated development of cultural tourism in the new era. The article systematically discusses the significance of implementing the integration strategy，and proposes paths for the implementation，with a view to providing reference for Henan’s cultural strategy to be implemented in a more effective way.
