The trend of business integration，digitalization and service development of overseas exchanges is obvious，which has strong reference significance for China’s capital market，especially for the newly established Beijing Stock Exchange. By analyzing and summarizing the main business development models of overseas exchanges，and combining the basic situation of the current operation of the Beijing Stock Exchange，this paper puts forward enlightenment and relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
