Headquarters economy is an important feature of the capital economy and an important embodiment of the radiation，influence and control of the capital economy. Based on the relevant data of Beijing’s listed companies and listed companies in the world’s top 500 and China’s top 500，this paper makes a comparative analysis with domestic cities such as Shanghai，Shenzhen and Guangzhou，as well as international cities（regions）such as New York，Tokyo，London and San Francisco Bay Area，to study and judge the quality and efficiency of the economic development of Beijing headquarters. Generally speaking，the quality and efficiency of various headquarter enterprises in Beijing is at the medium level at home and abroad，and there is still a large gap compared with the international advanced level.
