The digital economy is profoundly changing the economic development model and becoming an important engine for the current world economic recovery. Beijing regarded the digital economy as an important driving force for opening up in the construction of the “two zones”，and full play needs to be given to the role of the digital economy engine to accelerate the construction of a global digital economy benchmark city. We will accelerate exploration in the fields of breakthrough in digital core technologies，deepening digital industrialization and industrial digitalization，improving digital governance，and exploring international rules，so as to promote Beijing’s opening up to a higher level.
