Building a digital economic ecosystem with strong vitality is crucial to promoting the healthy and rapid development of Sichuan’s digital economy. The relevant policy system of digital economy in Sichuan Province has been gradually improved，the process of digital economy legislation has been accelerated，the industrial agglomeration effect of digital economy has begun to appear，the brand construction of digital economy has been continuously improved，and the digital credit supervision mechanism has been gradually established. However，there are still problems such as the systematization and effectiveness of economic policies to be improved，the rule of law and regulation of the digital economy still have shortcomings，the driving effect of the industrial cluster of the digital economy has not been fully released，and the number of “business card” brands of the digital economy is few. We should focus on the following five aspects to optimize the digital economic ecosystem of Sichuan Province：first，formulate more systematic and effective digital economic development policies；second，Perfect the legal governance system for the development of digital economy；third，Further build and strengthen the digital industrial cluster of “core screen storage terminal soft intelligent network”；forth，Strive to build a digital economy brand with world influence；fifth，Further strengthen the construction of digital credit supervision system.
