The Sichuan public security organs at all levels，under the coordination of the Sichuan Public Security Department，carry out the deployment of the strategy of revitalizing the police through science and technology，and carry out the construction and application of “Smart Policing” in Sichuan Province，in the fields of public security prevention and control，risk early warning，community governance and serving the masses，we collect and integrate the big data of police affairs，and focus on striking new crimes and improving the efficiency of social governance. This article focuses on the typical cases of “Smartpolicing” in Chengdu Public Security Bureau and Luzhou，to solve the construction of “Intelligent Police” in Sichuan province facing the imbalance of regional development，business development，and other problems of unbalanced. Through case analysis，we can grasp the development trend of intelligent policing：on the one hand，we can promote the comprehensive use of data to play a greaterrole in urban governance；on the other hand，we can strengthen the construction and promotion of intelligent policing itself，“Taking big data as a big engine to promote the innovative development of public security work，fully implementing the strategy of revitalizing the police through science and Technology.”
